Automotive Workshop floors are continuously exposed to heavy vehicle traffic, chemicals, and abrasion from tyres, tools and moving equipment, therefore highly durable coatings are essential. Our epoxy flooring options include high strength coating systems specifically designed to withstand high impact and heavy vehicle traffic over time.

Slip Resistant & Safe

With the ability to deliver a non-slip finish and customised demarcation & line marking, epoxy floor coatings help to protect the safety of staff whilst also maintaining Workplace, Health & Safety requirements. With the inclusion of Aluminium Oxide grit additives during the coating process, we can alter the slip resistant properties of the finished floor. Traction can be improved, and a slip rating (P0 to P5) can be achieved with NATA approved slip test reporting available in accordance with the Australian Standards.

Chemical & Oil Resistant

Epoxy coatings are specifically designed to be resistant to common workshop chemicals such as battery acid, engine oil, petrol, diesel, antifreeze and brake fluid. The coating systems offer a sealed and impervious surface so that cleanability is greatly improved and staining is minimised.

Reduces Tyre Squeal

Our epoxy floor coatings can be adapted to prevent the noise made by tyres, often referred to as ‘tyre squeal’. A trafficable coating can greatly improve the traction between tyres and the floor surface, and as a result these unpleasant noises are minimised.
